Acceptance and rejection of claims
Product Return: You can return any item if:
- You have received a defective or physically damaged product.
- The product is different from the description.
- It is worn, used, or washed.
- It is an item with an assortment of colors and prints. These items are made from vintage fabric and are shipped in an assortment of colors and prints. These items are marked with "assorted colors and prints will be shipped" in their description. We don't allow the return of these items if you dislike the assortment of the received item.
Note: Hand-dyed products are dyed individually. The color may vary (appearing lighter or darker) from the images provided on the site
Product Refund / Replacement:
- You can claim a replacement or refund for a product within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Return shipping charges will be payable by the buyer. We will return the original amount paid by the buyer, including the original shipping charges, if any.
- In the event that the shipping company fails to deliver an order to the customer's address, we will provide a full refund or will reattempt shipping with new items.
- Customs charges, if any, are the liability of the customers and must be paid by them.
Note: We are manufacturers and our primary customers are resellers and wholesalers. Please avoid ordering for self-use.
Order Cancellations:
If you have placed an order accidentally or have purchased the wrong product, you can request a cancellation, and the original order amount will be refunded to you.
Any request for cancellation should be raised within 8 hours of placing the order. We try to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them; requests for cancellation are only accepted before the order has been dispatched.
How do I return my order?

- We will provide a resolution after checking the order details and analyzing the issue.
- It can take approximately one week to deliver a new product or a replacement in the event of an issue with your order.
- We try to process a refund for an order within 3 days of receiving the returned item.
- You can get in touch with us either before or after placing an order.
