Important Note regarding color: Customers are welcome to request their choice of colors, and we do our best to fulfill those requests. However, fulfillment is strictly subject to the availability of colors in stock. In such events, we will process the order with available colors. You can request a complete order cancellation if any color you requested is out of stock and you don't want us to process your order without those colors. We kindly ask such customers to include a note with their order stating their preference for cancellation should their chosen colors be unavailable.

Sunzeyvora accepts made through PayPal, all major credit cards (except MasterCard), and Bank Transfer.

We don't include import duties, taxes, and charges in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Customers are requested to check with their country's customs office to determine any additional costs prior to bidding or placing an order.

Shipping times may occasionally exceed expectations due to customs processing or postal delays. We request buyers to cooperation in such events. Our team packs and dispatches orders as soon as payment is confirmed in our account. We primarily use DHL and FedEx for shipping, though we may use other shippers in certain cases. We welcome returns of unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Customers can expect to receive their refunds within 3 weeks of handing the package to the shipper. In some cases, customers may even receive their refunds sooner. This time period includes the time taken for the shipper to deliver the package to us (typically 5 to 10 business days) and the time required to process your refund request.
